He is survived by: his wife Stephanie O'Shura; his children, Duane (Jen) of Royersford, PA and Tawnya Andersen (Steve) of Apollo Beach, FL.; his siblings, Gloria Jean Gutshall of Millerstown, PA, Rick Gutshall (Ethel) of Loysville, PA and Maynard Smith of Altoona, PA.; and his grandchildren, Allie Andersen, Toby Andersen, Ashley Gutshall and Jordyn Gutshall. He is also survived by uncle, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.
