She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben H. Hockenberry and Irene Hockenberry (Hockenberry); her husband Terry L. Zellers; and her brothers, Glenn Dobyns and Reuben E. Hockenberry.
She is survived by: her children, Tonya Worthington (Michael) of Blain and Cory Zellers (Wendy) of Pleasant Unity; her grandchildren, Sarah Kerstetter, Tyler Zellers, Kassidy Worthington, Mason Zellers, Ella Worthington and Logan Worthington; and her close friend John McAdoo.
