It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eleanor B. Hirko of Black Lick, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 29, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew T. Fiffick, Sr. and Anna E. Fiffick (Anderko); her husband Edward A. Hirko, Sr. of Black Lick; her children, Edward Hirko, Jr. and Cynthia J. Huntley; and her grandson GSgt.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Hirko-DeSantis (Michael) of Black Lick, Michael Hirko (Sheryl) of St. Augustine, FL, David Hirko (Traci) of Nashua, NH, Elaine McQueeney (Scott) of Stafford, VA and John Hirko (Dianne) of Trent Woods, NC; her grandchildren, Ginger, Shannon, Andrew, Lindsey, Jessica, Theresa, Edward, Crystal, Michael, Dana, David Joshua and Allison; and her siblings, Mary Amrein of Gainesville, FL, Shirley Jelliffe of Piscataway, NJ, Alicia Fox of Phoenixville, Ethel, John, Andrew Jr., Emil and Edward. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
Masks and face coverings will be required and social distancing is encouraged upon entry to the funeral home, as per CDC guidelines.
