He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Kulp and Edna Kulp (Moser); and his son Justin Lee Kulp. He is survived by: his son Todd Alan Kulp (Jaime E.); his sister Ruth Matter; and his granddaughter Rainna Starr Kulp.
