He is survived by: his parents, Russell E. Hobaugh and Nancy A. Hobaugh (Fry); his brother Steven Hobaugh; his grandmother Irene Hobaugh (Doverspike); his aunts and uncles, Dave, Cheryl Rich, Greg, Kathy Hobaugh, Dale and Rose Fry; and his cousins, Jon, Jenn, Jacob, Zane, Trinity, Alisia, Heather and Alanna.
