Spencer of Birdsboro, PA; his sisters, Louise E. Williams of Pottstown, PA and Shirley M. White of Reading, PA.; his grandchildren, Amor Spencer, Monica Spencer, Patrice Boswell, Janelle Spencer, Kellan Spencer, Jarred Spencer, Liezel Spencer and Kira Boswell; and his great grandchild Ezekiel Spencer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
