He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis H. Quinter and Barbara Ann Quinter (Loomis); his sister Kaitlin R. Smerecky of Pittsburgh, PA; and his half-siblings, Jeremy Quinter of Carrollton, VA and Cheri Wilson of Surrey, VA..
