It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene M. Cozzone of Birdsboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Elizabeth. She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Snyder and Janet Snyder (Moyer); her husband Christian C. Cozzone; her children, Megan, Christopher, Aaron, Joshua and Benjamin; her grandchildren, Kylee, Jaiden, Mollie, Kingsley and Luna; and her siblings, Randy, Rick, Ronnie, Mike, Troy, Matt, Brian, Sue and April.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lutz Funeral Home, Inc. (2100 Perkiomen Ave, Mt Penn, PA 19606).
