She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Steve and Susan Nazaryk (Bailey). She is survived by: her parents, Beth A. Nazaryk (Hummel) and Jason S. Nazaryk; her brother Conner Nazaryk; and her grandparents, Brian and Ruth Ann Hummel (Gerhart).
