She was predeceased by: her parents, Sebastiano Cafra and Concetta Cafra (Santo); and her husband Archibald Surplus, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lloyd D. Surplus of Hudson, NH, Joyce DiCristo of Glen Mills, PA, Jeannette Snyder of Hagerstown, MD, Archibald "Archie" Surplus, III (Susan) of West Grove, PA, Virginia "Jeanie" R. Greenhalgh (Joe) of Swarthmore, PA, David L. Surplus (Lisa) of Hawthorne, NJ and Paul R. Surplus (Susan) of Ridley Park, PA. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
