He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn O. Rex and Dorothy A. Rex (Wickline); and his aunt Helen Rex. He is survived by: his close friend Tina M. Fillman; his daughters, Emily S. (Ubong Hanson) of Mechanicsburg and Mary B. Rex of Catonsville, MD; his grandchildren, Daniel Lansdowne III, Tearnie Harrison and Amari Harrison; his stepchildren, Christina Hall of Biglerville, Frank Scott of Aspers and Sean Scott of Biglerville; his stepgrandchildren, Michael Gregory, Dakotah Horn, Aleena Scott and Keegan Scott; his brother Ricky O. Rex of Biglerville; and his aunt Carol Rex of Biglerville. He is also survived by four step-great-grandchildren.
