He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Catherine Higgs (Keefer). He is survived by: his father Stanley Gilbert Higgs; his wife Tammy Marie Higgs (Schmuck); his children, Cory Higgs (Nicole) and Courtney Wells (Brandon); his grandchildren, Grayson, Lincoln, Evelyn, Carson, Carley, Laylah and Neveah; and his siblings, Karen Lansberry-Ramstad, Christina Collazo, William Higgs, Sandra Gladfelter and Gene Higgs. He is also survived by his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
