He was predeceased by: his parent Paul C. Guise; his son-in-law Mark E. Tuckey; and his brother Harold S. Guise. He is survived by: his parent Evelyn Mae Guise (Warner); his wife Jean E. Guise (Murtof); his children, Marsha A. Tuckey of Gardners, Gary L. (Rhonda Guise) of Biglerville and Robert E. (Sue Guise) of Biglerville; and his siblings, Mary Earnst of East Berlin and Cecil R. Guise of Biglerville. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren.
