He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Baker and Esther M. Baker (Group); his brother Theodore Baker; and his sons-in-law, Alan L. Jumper and Luis Tincopa.
He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Tincopa of Whittier, CA, Sandra Jumper and Robin Binkley (Todd) of New Castle, DE.; and his sisters, Lucille Gillespy and Carolyn Garman. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, 25 Franklin Street, Biglerville PA 17307.
