He is survived by: his wife Janet Culp (Lentz); his daughter Debra Flickinger (Wayne); his grandchildren, Wayne Flickinger (Leila), Candice Keller (Kevin) and Amy Flickinger; and his brother Timothy Culp. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
