Dull of Biglerville, Pennsylvania, born in Elkin, North Carolina, who passed away on August 12, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arl Andrews and Virginia Bailey Andrews. She is survived by: her close friend Mervin R. Kunkel, Jr.; her daughters, Christi Hall of Abbottstown and Tammy Racine (Joe) of Biglerville; her grandchildren, Alisha Shank, Dillan Fahs, Steven Hall and Justin Shultz; her great grandchildren, Emily and Lucas Shank; and her brother John Andrews of Biglerville.
Frances was a graduate of the Hanover LPN School and for many years, she loved her job as an LPN, helping others and later volunteering at her doctor's office in York giving Covid vaccines among other things.
