Frances H. Boyer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances H. Boyer of Biglerville, Pennsylvania, born in Floyd, Virginia, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank M. Howery and Margaret Howery (Smith). She is survived by: her sister Jane Richwine (Ralph Richwine); her husband Joseph L. Boyer; her daughters, Shelley L. (Eric Decker) of Worland, WY, Donna L. (Bud Roth) of Biglerville and Jamie L. (Tracy Parker) of Fayetteville, NC; and her grandsons, Matt, Brian Decker, Jared Roth, James and Robert Parker. She is also survived by eight children, she is survived by her youngest.
