He was predeceased by: his parent Roy M. Starner. He is survived by: his parent Cora E. Starner (Myers); his children, Donna J. (Ray M. Snyder, Jr.) of Gardners, Shirley A. Barrick-Brownawell (Amos W. Homan) of Carlisle, David L. (Julianne Starner) and Robert E. Starner of Newville; and his significant other Darlene Cooley of Biglerville. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
