Howe, Jr.; her children, Crystal Palumbo of Frostburg, MD, Paul Howe, III of Philadelphia, PA and Marc Howe of Taneytown, MD; her grandchildren, Jenio and Cristo Willison; and her siblings, Jack Corbin, Larry Corbin, Linda Lamar and Jeannie Dodge.
