He was predeceased by: his parent William A.; his sister Marie Strickland of Winter Haven, FL.; his daughter Roxanne D. Kint; and his sons-in-law, James Kint and David Stewart.
He is survived by: his parent Florence Stringer (Knight); his wife Yvonne M. Stringer (Black); his children, Maria J. Stewart-Posey (Kevin) of Gettysburg and David J.; his wife Rose M. Stringer of Biglerville; and also Posey of Gettysburg. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven step grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren.
