She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy R. Ohler and Iva M. Ohler (Reed); and her husband Francisco M. Alvarado Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Tina L. Alvarado-Romero of Gardners, Teresa A. Lane of York Springs, Jose A. Alvarado of Biglerville and Francisco M. Alvarado, Jr. of Gettysburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
