She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Arthur Stiver and Bertha LaRue Stiver (Smith); her son Randall T. Kerr; her sisters, Kathryn Blose and Phyllis Stiver; and her sister-in-law Wanda Stiver.

She is survived by: her husband Clarence Robert Kerr; her grandchildren, Holly Long, Erin Paul (Jeffery) and Benjamin Long; her great grandchildren, James, Charles Huber and Adah Paul; and her brothers, Leroy Stiver of Juneau and Leonard Stiver (Crystal) of Punxsutawney. She is also survived by her husband, she is survived by three children.
