She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Behrendt and Helen Behrendt (Zelonis); and her husband Nicholas Lorrain DeChurch. She is survived by: her children, Nicholas E. DeChurch (Phyllis Seelinger) of Numine, Karl A. DeChurch (Marnie) of Emlenton and Kerri DeChurch of Erie; and her sister Loretta Gray.

Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the St. Judes Children Research Hospital.
