DeChurch (Phyllis Seelinger) of Numine, Karl A. DeChurch (Marnie) of Emlenton and Kerri DeChurch of Erie; and her sister Loretta Gray.

Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the St. Judes Children Research Hospital.
