He was predeceased by: his parents, Lela Louise (Reedy) and Carl A. Johnson; his grandson Jason Beazley; and his sisters, Jean Johnson, Anna "Dickey" McKee, Carol Doan, Kathryn "Kitty" Smelko, Barbara and Darlene Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathryn J. Johnson (Berry); his children, Eddie Johnson (Carol) and Jacqueline Beazley (Skot) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Jessica Coates (David), Jennalee Beazley (Matt Svoboda), Travis and Melanie Johnson; his great grandchildren, Hope, Sheridan Coates and Mabel Svoboda; and his siblings, Carl Johnson (Carol), Larry Johnson (Kathy), Marlene Getch, Bernice Murray (Bob) and Laurel Burgess. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
