She was predeceased by: her parents, Blair Mauk and Althea Mauk (Hinderliter); and her siblings, William, Ronald Mauk, Karen Bable and Bonnie Marshall.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Richard Buffington; her children, Brenda Mowery (Michael Barrett) of Port Allegany, Joseph R. Spader, Jr. (Debbie) of Lebanon, David Spader of Port Allegany, Michael Spader (Wendy) of Big Run and Ernie Spader (Kandy) of Reynoldsville; and her siblings, Charles Mauk (Cindy) of Valier, Anna Butler of Hawthorn and Kathy Kilgore of Maddison, Ohio.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
