She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Brady (Lingenfelter) and Robert Brady; and her husband Bill. She is survived by: her children, David Franklin (Tracy) of Wilmington, NC, Bonnie Rizzino (Art) of Pittsburgh and Nancy Reinhart (Gary) of Punxsutawney; her grandchildren, Rebecca Serafin (Ed) of Big Run, Michael Reinhart of Wilmington, NC, Michele Reinhart of Punxsutawney, Eddie Serafin of Pittsburgh, Brandon Serafin of Harrisburg and Andrew Franklin (Sara) of Wilmington, NC; and her brother Robert Brady (Cathy) of Lower Burrell.

Memorial contributions may be made, in memory of Mrs. Franklin, to Chestnut Grove Independent Church, 342 Lipp Road, Punxsutawney, PA 15767.
