She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Barker (Everett) and Harry Barker; her husband H. Clyde Bivens; her former husband H. Lyle Duffey; and her siblings, John Barker, Harry Barker and Betty Tucker.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra T.; her siblings, Mary Breeden of Berkeley Springs, WV and Larry Barker of Berkeley Springs, WV; her grandson Michael (Hinckle); and her great grandchild Wyatt Hinckle.
