It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norma Pittman of Big Cove Tannery, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Mellott and Gladys Mellott (Ekins); her husband Basil Eugene Pittman, Sr.; and her sisters, Letty York, Mary Jane Clevenger, Mildred "Midge" Fleming and Nellie Foltz.
She is survived by: her children, Carol L. Exline (Gerald) of Warfordsburg and Basil E. Pittman, Jr. (Brenda) of Newburg; her grandchildren, Scott Exline, Kathi Hottinger (Exline), Justin Pittman, Philip Pittman, Adam Pittman, Elizabeth Huff, Alison Van Scyoc and Liana Piper; and her sister Nancy Iden. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID restrictions, her burial will be private.
