He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Bivens (Lynch) and Harry Bivens; and his siblings, Thelma Fields, Mary Edna Snyder, Frank D., Bruce O. and H. Clyde Bivens.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl and Cindy; his sister Beulah Paylor of McConnellsburg, PA; his grandchildren, Robert L. Strait (Karen Sites) of Warfordsburg, PA, Jamie, Chris Humbert (Kimberly Kidwell) of Leesburg, VA and Darcy; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Humbert, Brianna Strait and Bryn Long.
