He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hedges and Mary Margaret Hedges (Ayres); and his siblings, Sally and Alan. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dick; his children, Tony Fisher-Howell (Ron) of Hagerstown, Kelly Howell of McConnellsburg and Susanne Ketterman (Todd) of Biglerville; his adoptive daughter Karen; his grandchildren, Tyler Bohrer, Jay Howell and Sofia Fisher-Howell; his great grandchildren, Avarie, Weston, Bryson, Jackson and Gracie; his brothers, Ben Hedges and George Hedges (Maggie); his sister-in-law Kathy; and his niece Amy Newlin (Barry). He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
