She was predeceased by: her parents, Goldie Lavina (Clark) and Russell Albert Ragland, Sr.; and her siblings, Frances Stevens, Gladys Witmer, Alberta Woodcock, Nancy Renner, Phyllis Eader and Albert Ragland Jr..

She is survived by: her brother Harry Ragland of Mercersburg, PA; and her niece Clara Wetzel. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
