It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Smith of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Carlyle and Cora May Smith (Motzenbacher); his siblings, Louis C. Smith, Ronnie P. Smith, Sr. and Lois Kinsley; his son David P. Smith; and his grandson Christopher M. Berghold.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Smith, Barbara L. Filaseta and Beverly L. Fehnel; his sister Constance "Connie" Lockett; and his grandchildren, Nolan Beers, Emily Thiel, Jacob Filaseta and Shannon Smith. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
