He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce V. Seifert (Sherk); his parents, Nevin C. Seifert and Rachel Seifert (Rush); his sons, William F. Jr. and Scott B.; and his siblings, Robert V. Seifert and Beatrice B. Garcia.
He is survived by: his sons, Barry L. Seifert (Linda S.) of Bethlehem and Todd W. Seifert Sr. (Tinamarie) of Easton; and his sisters, Betty J. Cerny (Richard) and Joan Toth. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
