He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Deegan and Lucy Deegan; and his siblings, Edward Deegan, Joseph Deegan, Suzanne Cressman and Jane Jones.

He is survived by: his wife Rhoda; his children, Joseph Deegan (Maryann), Kathleen Tsihlis, Lucy Kocher (Richard), Cynthia Castro (Jose), Ruth Gold (Terry) and William H. Deegan Jr. (Michelle); and his sisters, Maryann Ruggeri, Catherine Nunzio, Margie Wilbur and Dorthea Seawald. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Infancy Church, 312, E. 4th St. Bethlehem 18015 or a charity of your choice.
