He is survived by: his parents, Jose L. Perez and Tomasa Perez (Clase); his brothers, Wilder Perez (Merian) of Bethlehem and Wellington Perez (Alyse) of Brooklyn, NY; his grandparent Venerada Perez; his uncles, Jose R. Perez and Miguel A. Perez; his grandparents, Felicia Clase of Bronx, NY and Angel Clase of Bronx, NY; his aunt Arelis Clase of Bronx, NY; and his uncles, Miguel Clase and Mateo Clase.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. (326 Main St, Hellertown, PA 18055). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Union Cemetery of Hellertown (85 Main St, Hellertown, PA 18055).
