He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Casper Horn and Marie Horn (Beckmann) of Williamsport, PA; his brothers, Carl Horn of Saginaw, MI and Keith Horn of Kane, PA.; his wife Jane Horn of Bethlehem, PA; and his children, Mark Horn of State College, PA, Linda Horn of Allentown, PA and Debbie Devine of Pittsburgh, PA.. He was also cherished by 3 nephews and 5 nieces, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
