He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Rutigliano; his parents, Antonio Rutigliano and Catherine Rutigliano; and his siblings, Julia Pisano and Nick Rutigliano.
He is survived by: his sons, Nick, William and Michael Rutigliano; his grandchildren, Julia, Victoria, Nicholas, Nicole, Susan and David; his great grandchildren, Michael, Samantha, Allison, Nicholas, Matthew, Shane, Daniella, Nicholas Jr. and Jonathan; and his great great grandchildren, Jayden, Jeremiah, Arianna, Aaliyah, Cameron, Josiah, Cole, Savannah and Astro.
