It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Toscano (Bethlehem, Pennsylvania), born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on January 19, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Bierman and Morris Bierman; her children, Jennifer Brockman (Justin), Noelle Griffis (Josh), Melissa Toscano and Ray Toscano; her siblings, Dean Angeles, Tina Dunn (Jeff) and Mitzi Traphagen; and her grandchildren, Cruz, Ella, Jacob, Nahum, John and Brando.
