She was predeceased by: her husband Frank J. Hanzsek; her parents, Harry Carraghan and Emma Carraghan (Halleman); her son-in-law Joseph Mickelson, Jr.; and her brothers, Robert and Hank Carraghan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine T. Hanzsek (George Stasak) of Bethlehem and Nanci J. Mickelson of Whitehall; her brother Wayne Carraghan of Catasauqua; and her grandson Grant Mickelson.
