She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry L. Oels and Faye Betty Oels (Moyer). She is survived by: her husband Charles W. Ruff; and her sons, Brian C. (Raeann) of Northampton, Daniel C. (Andrea) of Mertztown and Mark C. (Tammy) of Macungie. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
