She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Carpenter and Inez Carpenter (Puckett); her son Dennis Bressler; and her siblings, David, Noel "Bud", Jane and Pat.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Marvin Evans; her daughters, Cynthia Bender (John) of Shartlesville and Deanna Peters (John) of Bethlehem; her siblings, Roberta Buell of Indiana and Max Carpenter of Kentucky; her grandchildren, Major Andrew Bender, Laura Kellander, Kati Bressler, Jessica Chalekian, Victoria Peters and Dustin Peters; and her great grandchildren, Will Kellander, Noelle Kellander, Avalynn Castillo and Gavin Hoppe. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
