She was predeceased by: her husband E. James Bowlby; her parents, William H. Sr. Retter and Dorothy M. Retter (Whittle); and her siblings, William H. Retter Jr. and Dorothy Adams.
She is survived by: her children, Duane Brown (Sharon) of Center Valley and Marci Kickliter of Allentown; her grandchildren, Trevor Kickliter, Dale Brown and Felicia Rocchino; her great grandchildren, Ryker and Ronin; and her sisters, Sharon Rehrig (James) of Nazareth, Kathleen Sipler (Ronald) of Myrtle Beach, SC. and Suzanne Theoret (Mark) of Bath.
