She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Warren Frantz; her parents, Donald Johnson and Florence Johnson; and her siblings, Ronald, Richard and Betty.
She is survived by: her children, Bret Frantz of Bethlehem, Joy Bates (Thomas) of Schnecksville, Dawn Olayvar (Daniel) of Alisonia, VA and Eugene Frantz (Linda) of Virginia; and her brother William Johnson (Sandra) of Whitehall. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
