She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Rasley and Sarah Rasley (Smith); her husband James E. Faulstick; and her daughter Melody Lutz. She is survived by: her children, James Faulstick, Jr. of Marshalls Creek, John Faulstick of Stroudsburg, Ricky Faulstick of Jensen Beach, FL and Jamie Torres (Erik) of Bethlehem; her siblings, Ray Rasley, Jr. of Allentown, Carl Rasley of Phillipsburg, Kathy Stoker of Mesquite, TX and Ruth Stein of Pittsburgh; and her grandchildren, Justin Savercool, Michael Apgar, Tyler Faulstick, Briana Faulstick, Rakeem Smith, Kiara Smith, Jaidah Smith and Esabella Torres. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
