He was predeceased by: his parents, Lance Smith and Merry Chamley (Orbin). He is survived by: his wife Audrey Smith (Holschwander); his children, Scott S. Smith, II of Bethlehem Township and Nicole Julian (Brian) of Easton; and his grandchildren, Luke Julian, Megan Smith and Jacob Smith.
