He is survived by: his wife Luz M. Pena (Trinidad); his children, Judy (Oscar Fontanez), Angel and Manuel; his granddaughter Deanna Fontanez; and his siblings, Carmen (Ramiro), Eusebio (Erie), Jose (Milagro) and Jesus (Hilda).
