He is survived by: his wife Virginia Garcia Ortiz; his children, Wally Garcia, Santiago Garcia, Jr., Alicia, Tatita, Virginia Garcia, Monica Garcia and Ana Garcia; and his siblings, Jose Mario Garcia, Luz Garcia and Angelina Garcia. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
