He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Millard and Rita Millard (Messing); his son Ronald Wayne Millard; and his brothers, Michael and Patrick Millard.
He is survived by: his son Robert; his siblings, John, Mark Millard, Bill Millard, Robert Millard, Mary Hancock, Kim Daughtry and Chris Millard; his grandchildren, Robert Jr. and Lena; and also Danielle.
