He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kufrovich and Mary Kufrovich (Kodya); his siblings, George, Anthony, Cyril, John, Rose, Ottilia and Patricia; and his grandsons, Jeremiah Kufrovich and Nathaniel Wirth.

He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Kufrovich (Giandomenico); his children, Robert K. of Toms River, NJ, Kim M. Wirth (DonRoy) of Bethlehem and Brian D. of Center Valley; his sister Monica Finneran (Joseph) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, James, Antonio, Julian Kufrovich, Amy Lucero, Katherine, Evan Wirth and Karly Kassay (Christopher); and his great grandchildren, Analicia, BreOnna, Raymond Jr., Leo and Benjamin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Temple University Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
