He is survived by: his son Robert Clement Hopko (Valerie Cerreta) of Holland Township, NJ; and his siblings, John Hopko (Mary) of Wernersville, PA and Stephanie Shandor (Jack) of St Clair, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
